At El Camino Bracelets, we want you to love every piece of your journey; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Securely pack your bracelets in their original gift boxes and place them in a shipping mailer along with your printed return authorization form.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
